I found out about the mandala art therapy the other day online, and since then I’ve been very interested in practicing it. In this art form, an individual is represented by a circle. Any shape, any size. But his/her art must contain one or more circles. And then the person is free to draw anythig he/she wants. It is a method of self introspection.

Aaratrika, very nice mandala! First, I will suggest the amazing book “Creating Mandalas” by Susanne Fincher. Based on what I see in your mandala, you have completed a cycle or phase of life and are beginning a new one. Things are fairly balanced for you but also, things are of equal priority and it is hard to make one decision over another, so there can be procrastination. Looks like an exciting time for you, new opportunities open as you find the courage to trust yourself and step out in new directions. I recommend Susanne’s book and also, “Letting Go” by David Hawkins. Blessings on your journey!

Also, is it possible to tell me specifically what is the next phase? Cause I’ve got a vague idea that something new is coming up, but I don’t know what

I don’t have specifics, no one who is telling the truth will… it’s very important to develop your own inner GPS, consider the book by David Hawkins, and/or look at the work of John Newton, Health Beyond Belief.
