From my account @tone_inverte

She would hold her book out in the rain, To wash away all the ink. Refilling her pages once more, Drying them under several golden suns- To wash them off again before the story was completed. She did this ever so often, Her pages well-seasoned; Until they couldn't be written on anymore. #vsco#art#thephotosociety#theartidote#filmphotography#instaaesthetic#instaphotography#mood#instaupload#vsco_India#picoftheday#vscocam#artmagazine#winter#photographers_of_India#igersofindia#theapricotmagazine#photographyart#litupshots#MyPixelDiary#EverydayEverywhere#lifestyle#books#millennials#mobileclick#mobilephotography
And sometimes I wonder, how much I really look at things in two dimension, and then I wonder, how much I've really missed out on. And then, I repeat my mistakes. #travel_India#india_undiscovered#natgeoIndia#yourshot_India#MyPixelDiary#natgeocreative#natgeotravel#natgeoyourshot#instaaesthetic#picoftheday#coloursofindia#streetsofIndia#vsco_India#vscocam#theapricotmagazine#thephotosociety#theartidote#filmphotography#photocinematica#photographers_of_India#igersofindia#photographyart#canonindia#canoneos#travelphotography#goa#bomjesus#travelgoa
Everything around him was geometric. They were lines, sometimes bent nonetheless. They were also triangles, mostly calculated. Not strangely, his own life also ran in geometry. But it was an ironic circle- which had neither a beginning, nor an end, the circumference going on and on and on. A diameter so long, he could never meet the ends. #shotoniphone#filmphotography#instaaesthetic#christuniversity#vsco_India#photographers_of_India#nammabengaluru#instaphotography#india_undiscovered#mobilephotography#instanature#photographyart#art#coloursofindia#picoftheday#vscocam#creative_photography#photography#instagood#theartidote#streetphotographyindia#artmagazine#nature#natgeolandscape#natgeocreative#natgeoIndia#nammakarnataka Thanks for lending iPhone xD @raushnikhanna
The teacher corrected the child, "There's only one Sun for the earth." He came back home and double checked. He still couldn't understand why she said that. #india_undiscovered #coloursofindia #canonphotography #shotoniphone #photography #instamood #aesthetic #nammakarnatakaphotographers #yourshot_india #natgeoyourshot #filmphotography #artphotography #vscocam #indiaclicks #artofvisuals #magnumphotos70 #bangalore #streetphotographers #lensculture #amateurphotography #naturephotography #landscapephotography #mobilephotography #canva #indianblogger #blogger #mobileclick #instapic #igersofindia #vscoindia
She loved balloons. Helium. They could rise so high, not affected by anyone, untethered. Unless tethered to something, of course. She blew a bunch of helium balloons every night. The ends tied to her hair, finges, and the hem of her dress. Her dress would then funnily ride up from both sides, like a boat. But she didn't bother. Neither did the night sky. Her balloons took her from one place to another. She'd clamber out of the window somehow, and with little effort, start rising up. Up, up and further up. The wind played fair on most days too, helping the her navigate her balloons. She flew over mountains and buildings, trees and electric poles- occasionally spotting an airplane on the sky. Sometimes she'd fly over the rivers with an ominous feeling, something her grandmother had reminded her of, but she could never recall. At the end of her nocturnal safari was over each night, she'd take out a safety pin from under her dress and burst the balloons, sometimes one by one, and sometimes all at once, for a sudden rush of adrenaline and the fleeting uncertainty of a safe landing, always quickly replaced by her feet surely touching the ground of her terrace. The balloons seemed to have a mind of their own. Even in their death, they didn't forget their duty.
He still remembers the golden light of the evening, when he and his friends ran barefoot. They filled the neighbourhood with their teenage screams- dust rose from the ground. He can still hear their ball crashing against uncle Sen's window. He smiled. They had broken quite a lot of windows around. But they took great care of the wildflowers. Purple and white flowers dotted the large field, each the size of a 4 anna coin. They were bewildering, growing on rocks- untamed, unattended. The boys never trampled on them while playing. As if those tiny flowers were a part of them- young, fearless, wild and colourful. He felt a tear roll down his cheeks. The field was steadily being covered with bricks. Steel, cement, iron and polished black shoes. Most of the grass was cleared off, along with his wildflowers. In a desperate attempt, he had pulled out a handful of the remaining to replant them in his perfectly manicured garden- a meticulous routine of water, light, manure and care. But the wildflowers didn't survive. #spi_collective #_soi #_coi #_woi #_streetphotographyIndia #vsco_cam #flowers #canonindia #litupshots #MyPixelDiary #natgeocreative #natgeoIndia #thephotosociety #yourshot_India #nature #instaaesthetic #photographers_of_India #Indianshutterbugs #ISBtraveller #YourShotPhotographer #india_undiscovered #igersofindia #vsco_India #vsco_girl #instanature #nammakarnatakaphotographers
I'm glad Alice fell into the rabbit hole. At least she gave us all a childhood. I've been looking for a rabbit hole ever since. Too bad I haven't found any. I've looked for them almsot everywhere- to my left and to my right, in about 100 yards from me and even faraway lands! I think I hadn't kept my eyes open. Sometimes there was too much sand in it, and sometimes, I just wanted an occasion to try on my new sunglasses. Occasionally, a badly rain-soaked route map comes up in my dreams, but I'm too scared to put it in my back pocket.
It was the first time he was given a set of crayons. The child happily reached towards purple. "No, use light colours. They look neater", came the instructions. "Careful, the colour should remain inside the borders"- yet another suggestion. In his head, he could see a purple sky, purple trees, purple flowers and purple people. "That's wrong! Trees are green and skies, blue." After all, he had to be taught the right ways of expression; the right colours of imagination. The flurry of instructions couldn't be slackened. #spi_collective #_soi #_coi #_woi #_streetphotographyIndia #vsco_cam #vsco_India #travelbug #ShotoniPhone #streetphotographyinternational #bbctravel #IncredibleIndia #natgeocreative #natgeoIndia #thephotosociety #yourshot_India #photographers_of_India #Indianshutterbugs #ISBtraveller #YourShotPhotographer #india_undiscovered #igersofindia #theartidote #filmphotography #photocinematica #theapricotmagazine #nammakarnatakaphotographers #bangaloreskies
The day was almost coming to an end. People were stretching, simply lying on the rocks and staring at the sky. They stare at the sky everyday. No novelty left anymore. But this simple lesson of staring up from time to time at the unchecked vastness, passed on to them by their fathers and grandfathers, have long helped them get through their lives. The movement of the sun, passage of clouds and changing hues mark the end of yet another day in the lives of these miners. In the long run it doesn't help much, but taking one day at a time is the key to survival, for them.
She had a lot of faith in those pillars. Although bent with age, and broken in places, both she and her house stood the test of time. Moss and creepers tangled the walls, held the windows and parapets in an embrace so dear, that it almost snuffed out life from the house. The creepers had beautiful flowers, though. She plucked them daily for a garland for her goddess. She didn't do it because she had an unremarkable ability to parody her misery, but she just felt assured. She was safe as long as the pillars stood strong. She somehow knew her house wouldn't let her down. After all, she was still the mistress of the house.
However small it may be, the light will always show you a path. It depends on you to overcome the shadows on the way. The light never fails. #vsco#spi_collective#_soi#_coi#_woi#_streetphotographyIndia#vsco_cam#vsco_India#travelbug#canoneos1100D#canonindia#litupshots#streetphotographyinternational#bbctravel#IncredibleIndia#natgeocreative#natgeotraveller#natgeoIndia#SpitiLife#thephotosociety#yourshot_India#MyPixelDiary#photographers_of_India#Indianshutterbugs#ISBtraveller#YourShotPhotographer#india_undiscovered#igersofindia#aesthetic#art
And somethings in nature, are more mesmerising with a change in perspective. Just remember, you are a part of nature too. Maybe, you need to shift your perspective too :') #india_undiscovered#thephotosociety#yourshot_India#iphonexphotography#flowers#red#streetlight#moonlight#nightphotography#ISBtraveller#natgeocreative#natgeoIndia#shotoniphone#photographers_of_India#instanature#aesthetic#blogger#aestheticpictures#IncredibleIndia#vsco_India#EverydayEverywhere#magnumphotos70#travelbug#photographyart#MyPixelDiary#ShotoniPhone
